General Bryan Watters, deputy commanding general of CPATT and the brain trust behind the police partnership program to rebuild the MOI, is moving onto greener pastures. He will be missed but the effect of his efforts and the programs he initiated will carry on for quite sometime - regardless of the tumultuous change currently going on. 
The South Koreans have a very nice set up in Irbil - kimchi is shipped in for every meal and they have time to paint their concrete shelters. Ahhh, the good life, at least in Iraq.
